There is lots of activity in the Park now. Children are tearing around playing, riding bikes or just out walking. The Cafe, Tea-Zels, is really busy and the car park is often full. I need to have my lead on. It's so exciting for me that sometimes I want to run and run and I know that can frighten visitors who aren't used to me having fun. The birds on the Lakes and in the trees and hedges don't think much of it either. If there are cattle in the River Meadow they can start chasing me! I don't like that very much so I hope my owners will decide to walk around the larger Lake. There are lots of smells for me to sniff. I can tell lots of information by doing that. My owners always pick up any mess I might make and put it in a bag in the dog poo bins that are around the Park. They can have a free bag that is available near most of the dog poo bins. The baby birds that are hatching now are a bit nervous of me especially if I decide to jump in the Lake. Just yesterday I saw another dog kill two of the ducklings. It was very sad. That dog's owner didn't bother about what their dog was doing. I hope I am a good dog who will enjoy the Park with everyone else and all the animals and birds as well. For a quieter time I like my owners to visit first thing in the morning when there are less visitors around and I can forage around to my heart's content.
